In a setting with vintage and colorful charm, the restaurant of the boutique hotel Le Garage Biarritz invites you to discover cuisine inspired by the many travels of Chef Benjamin. Having fallen in love with the place, he decided to settle there to offer an inventive menu that highlights the Basque terroir while incorporating South American seasonings and Asian cooking techniques.

Sautéed clams with Basque cider, Xistora & cherry. Roasted carrots, satay hummus, and blood orange vinaigrette. Passion fruit & pineapple ceviche depending on the season. Chef Benjamin’s signature dishes celebrate the richness of the Basque terroir with an exotic touch: Hake from Saint-Jean-de-Luz with basil zucchini purée or half duck breast with patxaran. The veggie options are equally delightful, such as miso-grilled eggplant or Lebanese salad with black garlic.

the desserts by “Noisette” take center stage, with a menu that changes with the seasons.
